Of COURSE Judges (and their families) will have personal opinions….The Court was never meant to be populated by colorless moderates—but to reflect the views of different Americans….On the other side of the aisle there was outrage when Ruth B-G wore the “funeral version” of her robes, the day after Trump was elected, and several speeches given by Sonia Sotomayor—after joining the High Court—were considered highly questionable ….
