  2. HOW can someone be “smuggled” to their OWN COUNTRY?!?……The Appellate judge made a bad ruling ( not even aware that MS-13 had been designated a terrorist organization—or that the man was a MEMBER of MS-13 )….Of COURSE he had to be deported to a jail in his HOME COUNTRY…. It’s not rocket science
