  3. WHY the surprise regarding Chinese grads working menial jobs?? China is STILL a developing country AND a middling-income country….The % of high-education individuals vs high-education jobs available are waaaay over-represented….The CCP did their ppl NO FAVORS telling their young ppl to “get higher education —and you’ll get a high-paying job.” They MUST have known that there was NO WAY job creation could possibly keep up….
