"I don't think anyone would say there was a good side to slavery." - guy who just said there was a good side to slavery

This is exactly how these folks ought to be treated. Open laughter. She knew exactly what she was trying to do.
234
Imagine being this mad about your children being taught that racism exists, and trans people deserve respect.

Cop: "Obviously this is a good neighborhood!" Uh, no. Idk about you, but my definition of a "good neighborhood" doesn't involve calling the cops for a black real estate agent doing his job. They arrived in their cars, they must have had the key, but they were black, so better call the cops. 🤦
81
Kids: "We want masks to help keep us safe." Adults: /condescending laughter Real great example y'all are setting there, grown ups. Bravo.
54
I had to look that one up too because it seemed like such a bogus charge. Apparently he had a gun in his truck. That's it. That's why they charged him with that. 🙄
45
"Well nobody complained about it, soooooo..." - Tyson foods
33
Hillary knew that if she was as bold at pushing back as Biden was (and he wasn't great, but he did push back more than she did) she'd have been branded bossy, bitchy, and worse.
28
Man, people are really falling over themselves to defend a guy who said we need to teach the good parts of slavery
15
@TheHeavieKiwie The cop also said the son was legally allowed to kick the door down (he's not) so I don't think the cop that showed up knows much about the law 🤷
12
@imperialmotoring3789 Going for the irreparable harm, I see.
12
@doradennis2409 Yes, PP is saving lives. They do free cancer screenings, free and low cost STI tests and care, and when I went they included a mental health screening and gave me resources to get help with my depression. They are amazing
11
The fact that people unironically think if we don't support Trump, that means we support Biden... I don't think either is fit for office, but only one will do irreparable harm to our government.
11
Yeah! Way to teach that child that hitting people is wrong! By.... uh. Hitting him. Hmmm.
10
@TheHeavieKiwie I don't think you understand what "harboring a fugitive" is.
10
"I come here to bust homeless people" and "I didn't know you didn't want people sitting here on your property." Sir then what reason do you have for dragging the homeless people off his property
9
To sum up this video: "I don't wanna and you can't make me!" stomps foot
8
@j.e.bennett2997 Saying that people "want and support" post-birth abortions shows that you don't actually understand why people support actual abortions that do actually happen.
8
@brumleytown1882 Then she ought to know that "fundamental scientific truths" are changing every day as we discover new information. Scientists aren't afraid of updating their brains when they learn new things. She is.
7
@doradennis2409 lmao no they don't, people still believe that propoganda? 😂
7
@j.e.bennett2997 Cite the actual law then.
5
@connor21696 Since I literally got a cervical cancer screening there, yes I do.
5
Her baby, too. If he had shot her while she was holding the baby, a fall from that height could easily kill the baby. And all of this over the alleged theft of a dollar store doll.
4
IF ONLY SOMEONE HAD WARNED HIM OF THINGS LIKE THIS BEFORE HE VOTED. Oh wait. Nah, gotta make real live people suffer first, listen later. Infuriating.
4
This is why you always say "I do not consent to any searches." They will probably still search, but if they have no legal grounds to, anything they "find" won't be admissible in court.
4
If you're talking about Fallon Fox, it was an orbital skull fracture, which is a common injury in mma. MMA is an extremely bloody, brutal spot. If you have a problem with the injury, that's an issue with mma, not a trans fighter.
4
@justapotato2434 Would you like to carry these pregnancies in your own body? You're welcome to do it if you want them to live so much.
3
So you are condemning this child to have to go through two puberties. Why?
3
@frankyjay7907 she can't hear you bro, you're screaming into the void
3
Her hand shaking while she's on the phone saying "There's Muslims here! Muslims!" She was genuinely terrified of someone else just because of the propoganda she's been fed about their religion. And fear can make people do horrible things that they feel are justified. Fear is dangerous.
3
Let me guess. You tuned out as soon as you heard that?
3
Good for your parents! Until more people are vaccinate, making sure you're still masked sends a message that being masked is still important. No one can know whether another person is vaccinated or not until they say so.
3
"We Republicans want to rig elections, so we assume anyone trying to combat that must also be trying to rig it for themselves."
3
You're welcome to carry these unwanted pregnancies in your own body. No one can force someone else to use someone else's body without that person's full and free consent. And for consent to be full and free, it must be able to be revoked at any time. Even if that kills the other person. No one can take my kidneys, or even just my blood, without my consent. Why do you think a fetus should have more rights than adult humans?
3
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, it means a child who was assigned male at birth but is actually a girl.
3
It's ok to be wrong, as long as you continue to learn.
2
@mb4197 I've already learned that gender isn't biological. That's something most children can understand but I'm sure you'll get there. I believe in you
2
Well now you know! :)
2
Really telling on yourself by saying the only way you can get more people on your side is to force your ideology on your children, and by having lots of them 😂
2
@vapegames7440 Then wouldn't linking things also be pointless?
2
@tristank261 "Just give up your rights! Just comply! Any time a cop asks you to jump, you say, yes sir how high sir! Just do whatever they say, whenever they say it!"
2
@tristank261 Also, the professor never provided proof either. The kid showed him his student ID and was willing to badge the officer into the building to prove he lived there. The professor just walks up and says "Yes I'm a professor here, yes he's a student" and that was that. Why didn't the professor have to provide any proof? Why didn't he have to show any ID? Why was one man taken at his word and the other harassed for a prolonged period and threatened with guns?
2
@fujidenzo_kid4147 Yes..... do you think this is something the parents are forcing onto the kids? That's not what is happening
2
@Katz1123 Oh, did you not know what gender you were as a child? I did. Everyone I knew did. So do trans kids.
2
@fujidenzo_kid4147 But when they are grown ups it is too late and it makes things much harder and more expensive. The rate of regret for trans people transitioning is less than two percent. Trust the professionals: they will help the child make the right choice as they have been for decades.
2
I didn't expect vegan propoganda on nowthis
2
@user-pe3fk1fb1o uh, what. Planned Parenthood doesn't discourage people from having abortions. You are the one who's confused, here.
2
"Don't point at me," he demanded, repeatedly and continually jabbing his finger at her. Rules for thee, not for me.
2
@stanwashighski3553 You did make that apparent. I just didn't realize you'd be proud of "I don't watch anything that disagrees with my preconceived beliefs."
2
@stanwashighski3553 Why would the modern Supreme Court effect the reality of what was happening in the 1800s?
2
Because the horrible cop reported a Black male with a blunt object. He deliberately tried to make the situation sound more dangerous than it was. Big guy with a gun terrified of a college student with an aluminum clamper.
2
There was old information that there was a chance plan B may prevent a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterine lining. However, a person isn't pregnant until implantation occurs, so her claim that it terminates a pregnancy is false. Secondly, we now know that plan b does not affect the endometrium at all and cannot prevent implantation. So even if she did believe they pregnancy begins at conception, before implantation, it doesn't affect implantation. So it is in no way an abortifascient.
1
Disinformation, not misinformation. There's a difference. Disinformation is lying for political purpose. It's propoganda. It's when an authority figure lies to you in a deliberate attempt to keep you from ever even finding out that it was a lie. It is much, much more than just lying.
1
@justapotato2434 Then what makes you think you can have a say over people whose bodies are actually effected by this?
1
@justapotato2434 So if someone is in a car accident and needs a blood transfusion, we should be allowed to force the person who was at fault to give blood? Is that what you're saying? It's their actions that caused the other person to need blood, and they'll die without it.
1
Jesus she said "any woman or menstruating person." What more do you want? Just to not acknowledge that trans people exist at all?
1
@vapegames7440 You haven't even given a source, let alone "more than one."
1
@vapegames7440 You know you can just like.... cite things without linking them, right?
1
@imperialmotoring3789 Which "sterilization drugs" would those be?
1
No. We never were. And we aren't supposed to be. We're a democratic republic, which is why these people are supposed to represent us instead of us voting directly for laws. But even then, it is so corrupt that we barely even have the ability to vote for representatives anymore.... gerrymandering and corporate politics. They don't represent us. They represent themselves and their bottom line.
1
Wtf that doesn't even look like him at all
1
@chief5357 Respect isn't earned, respect is basic human decency. Manners. Being polite and treating others how you'd want to be treated.
1
@chief5357 OK then, using your words, people are mad that children are taught trans people deserve politeness. Still sounds absurd
1
@chief5357 You are replying to a comment that said "trans people deserve respect" so you were, in fact, speaking about trans people when you replied. Because that's what this thread is about.
1
@chief5357 I don't know your opinion, but I will say I don't respect the "opinion" of people who are against trans rights. Opinions are coffee vs tea, Coke vs Pepsi, baseball or football. If someone's "opinion" is that I don't deserve the same rights as everyone else, then I don't respect that. 🤷
1
@chief5357 Yes, I'm glad you are willing to admit trans rights are under attack right now. It certainly is scary.
1
I wonder if there was something the president could do to ensure workers are paid more. Like pass a law about a floor below which employers could not pay workers..... something that limits the minimum amount of pay a person could get.... a minimum amount of wage workers should earn... It'll come to me, don't worry.
1
@mathildeyoung1823 Doesn't take more than half a brain to realize terminating a pregnancy when the fetus literally has no skull isn't killing an unborn baby.
1
What happened to "my body, my choice"?
1
Then why close voting stations in so many areas (cough Texas), only to have obscene turnout at stations around those areas and causing people to wait hours and hours to vote? Sure, there's no law saying that you must be able to vote in x amount of time, but that makes it inaccessible to folks without transportation or folks who have to work on that day. We should be making more voting stations, not closing them. It may not fit the letter of the law of voter suppression, but it has the same effect. That is the kind of voter suppression he is talking about.
1
@doradennis2409 I know you're not kidding, you saw doctored footage that supports your beliefs, and STILL somehow believe it's real despite literally every state launching an investigation based on that footage and finding absolutely no evidence to support the allegation. PP does not sell fetal remains. There are only two states where they're even allowed to donate the remains for medical research, and the patient has to consent to it first. Personally, I'd rather the remains be used for furthering medical research than rotting in a medical waste facility if I was the patient, but that's me.
1
@stanwashighski3553 You don't think history is important? We learn from our past so we don't repeat the same mistakes.
1
When I see Trumpers gathering en masse, I play a game where I count the amount of people correctly wearing a mask. Two. Two in this whole video. One more who wasn't wearing his mask until he got to the end of the line so I don't count him, that's not correct. Two more who were wearing a mask with their nose out. Two who were too far away from the camera to tell.
1
And, what about the life of the person carrying that pregnancy.
1
@lindonclarke6198 You cannot be a feminist if you prioritize the right of female fetuses over the woman carrying them.
1
Actually, it's not an actual heart at six weeks. It's the beginning of the heart. The heart itself isn't considered fully formed until ten weeks. People who are brain dead have a heartbeat. But they're not alive. Not really. Their actual brain, the thing that makes them who they are, is dead. If you care about heart beats, then you should never want the plug pulled on someone who's brain dead. Ever.
1
"What is your problem? Why are you making a scene?" says the guy who just waltzed up to a random black person and started violating his civil rights.
1
Dominating at the highest level? Name one trans female Olympic gold medalist.
1
JauDonna Daniels Doesn't really seem like that's what he's doing---- seems more like he's venting bigotry.
