The reinsertion is based on one reality: join a gang and look at the outcome: CECOT; or don’t do the crime. Period! Listen to this guy, “We need to look at other countries.” For WHAT??? The prisons in nearly EVERY COUNTRY have become havens for criminals to organize and dictate crimes committed against humanity. GET OUT OF YOUR SUIT, Bro, and your intellectualism, and face reality. Reintegration is called PREVENTION, in my opinion from another country. Props to their government.
