I read the comments in reference to yet another violent act in this city, and I was instantly reminded how “every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand” (Matthew 12:25). Since America’s inception, people have been dividing citizens. And the world now watches as America self-destructs ITSELF due to our citizen’s inability to stand with each other especially when tragedy strikes. God! Why people address the skin color of a murderer when the violence is being perpetrated by ALL TYPES OF ANGRY AMERICANS simply contributes to our nation’s destruction. To “Make America Great” is to dismiss the racial hatred associated with the “Again” narrative. We need each other to unite, collectively, to sway the hurt members of our societies and communities from expressing their anger and pain through forms of violence.😢
