  1. Funny. I just noticed the notes describing this published report: drug and homelessness. I thought, wait, doesn't drug use create the homelessness? Now, nearly halfway through this special, the true crisis is being addressed: it is a drug issue that creates homelessness. Newsflash: Yes, we know this. So, hey Colorado and the rest of America, look at your (our) future. Also note, when "ghettos" looked like this, our nation remained in the "Dot.com" era. But guess what, our reality is the ghetto is on our nation's doorstep, opening the doors of the lovely homes and offices. Sad. P. S. Wait! Seattle has all of those offenders and addicts on the streets as an abandoned well structured prison rest dormant in the city???
