  1. The entire system is a mess, sadly. Miraculously, this case is receiving much attention because a LOT of people have suffered from this type of grossly blundered system. The parole boards are overworked, the courts are bombarded with lawsuits, and prisons are a jammed packed mess, honestly, due to financial greed, in my opinion. But the sad fact is that the citizens suffer the most from all of the discrepancies because they (we) are victimized as the criminals DOMINATE our every move or lack there of: i.e., criminals aren’t afraid to run to a store at night, right? What a horribly sad mess.😢
