The exterior? What a pitiful shame and loss for NYC.

4:29 Ken, thank you so much 😊 for continuing to narrate truthful stories. Bringing knowledge to those of us who might never have found this out.
13
This is a wonderful job of restoration.
13
All of it is Beautiful!
12
2:20 😳👀😳 What a Grand Entrance! Would loved 🥰 to seen the colourful gardens. Amazing!

It’s not only America 🇺🇸 although it’s a disgrace. This is happening with entire villages having abandoned, decaying grand Chateaux in France 🇫🇷, Wales 🏴 just every. Some do to probate, or torn families through jealousy.
7
I agree 💯% that exterior wood needs lots of work. While it still has a pattern to build by.
7
0:12 That is one Wicked House...I can only be in awe of the colourful combination outcome.
7
Unless you’re a multimillionaire no one could afford the upkeep. What we aren’t hearing is how many of these places; were mob owned, destroyed for insurance.
6
5:49 YES! 🙌🏼 Thank you so much 😊 I worried the entire time about it’s demise. This was a Fairytale Story...
6
Of course he was working with the Union Army, no one person would have gotten away with so much in those times.

1:39 Beautiful Home for a Wonderful Human.
6
1:31 She looked like an actress or model.
5
DAMN RIGHT he was...the only people that money doesn’t make happy. Are those that don’t have it.
5
4:46 Totally 💯% Amazing 🤩 that he still had a vast amount of accrued wealth. To continue his passion during The Great Depression.
5
4:06 Doesn’t matter now! Oakland with it’s soaring personal, property crime, and expenses. Who else but Berkeley could have afford it as long as they did. Amazes me how everyone took off to live their Hippie and free lifestyles. Now, people that were born and raised there can’t afford it. Being demolished was criminal in it’s own right.
5
This is too Beautiful for words. Just imagine seeing this when newly built and furnished. ♥️
5
1:25 Doesn’t make much difference, it’s not the real McCoy. It’s Beautiful! I’d love to live there.
4
6:17 PLEASE! Never 🛑 entertaining us with new fantastically addictive viewing. I always love ♥️ seeing when you have posted. 😊 Have a truly wonderful, safe weekend.
4
That’s incredible!
4
3:17 How absolutely Beautiful. NY is so Fortunate to have this wonderful piece of Historically Amazing structure still in existence. A+ ⭐️
4
You know That’s Right!
4
1:11 This is definitely fine architecture so far. Did you grow up in Manhattan?
4
Seattle is so Amazing I was so impressed by the Downtown being so well kept. Utilized businesses in former businesses so European than so many blight, decayed Downtown, USA 🇺🇸 cities.
4
Yes! 🙌🏻 GOOGLE Yellow Springs, Ohio it has small sections of tiny Victorian homes. Only with all the HYPE of YS these homes have HUGE prices.
4
0:32 YES! 🙌🏼 Life is a Cruel Trickster whether the weather. The glory of aging.
3
WOOOOOOOOO!!!🥳 Walrustache!
3
So true. I know several nouveau riche who forget exactly where they came from.
3
5:20 Frank Lloyd Wright?! This only becomes much more fascinating. Something so futuristic winding down the era: Art Deco. One of the most Beautiful periods of Our Time.
3
Which in our throwaway society, speaks volumes.
3
This entire building is Beautiful why isn’t it vitalized?
3
3:07 Always marvelously interesting. You present us to so many pieces of History I wholeheartedly want to Thank You! ☺️ Daniel
3
This is totally 💯% Wicked it reminds me of the Victorian District. In Wheeling, WV 26003
3
No one has ever wanted them. The weight is insane, what’s worse is! FREE PIANO BRING HELP! Located on the third floor.
3
@ThisHouse Don’t think 🤔 anything of it most any of us from the East pronounce many of these names incorrectly. Here in Ohio it’s insane how many names from old world cities, palaces, etc. Aren’t pronounced anything like they should correctly be.
3
That’s my biggest gripe. You tear down a magnificent no longer available piece of architectural marvels. Replace it with a 10-15 year pole building maximum. When the devastating loss costs more than gutting and bringing a wonder back to it’s former glory.
3
4:01 Again I cannot express how Amazing this is.
3
Wow! Night and Day in two comments.
3
In all seriousness she was fortunate enough to not have to deal with commoners. She clearly couldn’t have handled it.
3
@ThisHouse I knew as meticulously done your work is. You’d done your best. I for one am so glad 🙂 you included the Guggenheim Museum.

This is one of the Best short documentaries I have watched about Millionaires Row. However, I believe it is definitely too far gone. It’s not as if there aren’t enough millionaires to revitalize this blight. It’s knowing, and feeling all the past wrongdoing and misfortunate happenings. I know and am still seeing the loss of so many magnificent pieces of historical architecture. From my own childhood area of the Rust Belt.
2
@deeannemason7003 You know That’s Right! There are so many Beautiful mansions in Dayton. Although people would much rather live in new two story condos that look like strip malls. Or rent lofts that are double a monthly mortgage payment.
2
0:37 Poor girl has scarlet fever.
2
♥️ LOVE the exterior of the first one...Beautiful!
2
We know That’s Right!
2
Also, imagine how little immigrant wages were just as today. Treated just as lowly until this very day. Pitiful.
2
I believe it’s Wonderful having been left for public observation. I would love to know who the head jutting out over the Victrola is.
2
3:12 I take that back. Marie Antoinette.
2
2:10 Absolutely Wonderful that this is still this magnificent.
