  36. That’s a curiosity that means nothing to the case. But for your information, she was being transported from a hospital to a mental health one. Meaning she was in state issued hospital clothing, or generic and appropriate clothing brought from home. And she was restrained in the ambulance, meaning it would take effort for the man to see and touch her. Victim blaming is the most scummiest thing you can do, especially when clothing is not causation to a crime.
