His fan-made backstory is that Jeffery was a severely bullied teenager who set himself and his bully on fire and mutilated his own face with a knife. Online writers just added "Woods" to the name in reference to his backstory. Anissa would have no clue who the Jeff Woods person you're talking about is, because that has nothing to do with that online fanbase.

  47.  @eEmm1  Yep, but some states in the US require a permit to carry them around, which involves background checks. People with a history of drugs and mental illness have a harder time attaining guns. It sounds pretty good but in the case of some of these women it isn’t.
