The homeless that refuse help are mentally disabled or addicts. It’s illegal to force people into institutions unless they’re a direct danger to others or themselves.

  17.  @TheTruthIsOutThurr  The child is assaulting wild life, they aren’t domesticated. There’s plenty of examples out there of wild animals attacking humans back for not keeping their distance. The child was lucky it did not want to launch itself at her If a guy started tossing rocks and sand at people he’d be arrested for harassment and assault. If a child were to do that and the parents refused to stop it the parents would soon get in trouble with the law. Actions have consequences in a law filled society

I just stated that it’s completely fair if the beach has to close if tourists continue to ignore rules and laws. And sea lions are known for retaliating against people getting too close, just a few years ago I saw a woman get smacked by one for poking it’s nose. Same beach, it was hilarious. You can find plenty of similar videos to this one.
