Being stupid? Coffee shouldn’t be hot enough to disable a person for 2 years.

@jacobbridges5143 Well it’s common sense that knives can be deadly. And most people wouldn’t ever think that a cup of hot coffee would almost end their life.

The coffee was hot enough to deeply burn 16% of her body, and disable her for 2 years. If you’ve seen pictures of her burns it’s horrific, it looks like she escaped a house fire. Coffee should never be hot enough to melt skin off.

Good idea, how about you try that?

If she sipped her coffee she would have burned her taste buds off and still ended up in the hospital

@suhanijain1585 Despite all that though, we still don't know what the long term effects are. Sure they had previous research, but this is the first vaccine of it's kind. It's natural for people to want to step back and watch the events unfold before partaking in it. And the vaccine still doesn't prevent death. There's still thousands of people having major health complications from it and dying. The vaccine is a personal choice and should not be forced onto anyone because of that. Now if it did stop the spread or 100% stop covid deaths, that would be a different story.

If a black person had that same coffee cup they still would have gotten 3rd degree burns

No, but if you crashed the car and the air bags didn’t work you’d be able to sue. She was able to win because there was was something wrong with the temperature.

@dimkeehotayandegg1169 You really trust a vaccine that was created in 1 year? Most vaccines given to people are developed over 10-15 years.

@uwerewrongagain9721 This is why we have debate classes. So you can actually get good at arguing.

It has nothing to do with either political party

@suhanijain1585 You really trust a vaccine that was rushed and made in 1 year? Normal vaccines we take have been made over a 10-15 year time span, or was made in 3-5 years and based on a previous vaccine made 10-15 years ago.

@blinded6502 You do realize that the vaccine doesn’t stop the spread…right? It only gives you a better chance at not being hospitalized. Why do you think they’re now advising people to wear masks despite their vaccination status? And normal vaccines are researched and watched for 10-15 years. No one in their right mind should trust one that’s been made in 1 year.

@user-pk3bn1pu6s This was in Germany.

@gamingchannelofthefatboigo2595 The way the covid vaccine came out closely mimics what happened here. The vaccine was rushed and made in 1 year, with not as much testing as the normal ones we take. We don’t know the long term effects. Other vaccines we take have been researched, tested, and developed for 10-15 years.

It was hot enough to almost make her pass away.

@dimkeehotayandegg1169 Faster doesn’t mean safer.

@aaliyahstark7948 Depending on the area, they’re allowing kids 12+ to get it
