  1. A lot of newer two storey houses don't have eves or front verandas, they also don't have yards. Typical houses these days the gutters from house to house almost touch, sides of houses have about 3 feet clearance from the boundary to the house wall. Front and back of houses have about 10 feet of space from the boundary to the house.
