  3. Used to have florida style plates in Australia with state "advertisment" on it, think there may have been a law change. Now most plates just have numbers and state stamped into them.

  4. In Europe it's all about safety, but then America tends not to implement things they didn't invent. Being such a big Market other companies have to bend to the American ideal wether it's safe or not.
