Manual transmissions are spring loaded so in the UK you'd push lightly to the left to do 1-2 shift, push back gently for neutral the spring should move it across for the 3-4 shift and back to neutral then pull to the right for your 5-reverse shift or your 5-6 shift. Then reverse would be further right and either up or down. Or a piece of masking tape with pattern written in permanent marker on it in the center of steering wheel.

  3. Yankee pick ups are Way roo big, plus they are useless at carrying capacity. Plus the big ones are used as a status symbol much like an AMG or M power in Europe
