Do you think all Arabic people are the same and have the same history...? Palestinians are an arabized culture. As in, they're NOT from the Arabian peninsula, but became genetically more Arabic as a result of thousands of years of colonialism
7
Buddy, protesting for a liberated Palestine is not "protesting for militant Islamic Hamas."
5
@popsy5676 can you take a guess why there are thousands of black people named Washington or Jefferson in the US?
5
@sanniepstein4835 can you even name another Palestinian political organization without googling it? If not, butt out of this
4
@PB_324 Hamas isn't drone striking all of Gaza. Hamas is a reactionary force resisting a 70 year occupation. Your political understanding of this is dim
2
@theforeignpatriot3773 they run Gaza. They barely won their election and then promptly canceled all elections afterward. The PA runs the West Bank
1
@jurry_murry Hamas barely won their election and then promptly canceled all elections. Your analysis is completely devoid of materialism... If you occupy a people for 70 years and commit constant war crimes, ofc they're going to react violently at some point.
1
@shadowcolorado3668 damn Andrew's fanboys are so brain poisoned that they need to bring up trans people at every turn
1
@karlscher5170 Gaza has absolutely been occupied for the last 20 years. It's just a lie that Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005. Israel's authority is very much felt still
1
@karlscher5170 Zionists repeat the same hasbara handbook talking points. You should visit the checkpoints and gaza and try to say it's not an occupation. ("It's just a border" no it's not, and you know it.)
1
Congrats Andrew, YOU are he useful idiot for platforming someone that supports fascists like Tommy Robinson. That's not hyperbole, he was instrumental in multiple British Fascist political parties. You're being used for a far right agenda, Andrew
1
You're objectively incorrect. Christians just choose not to follow the violent prescriptions of the bible
1
@MajorMumwett manifest destiny was the belief that God wanted Americans to move westward, which absolutely decimated native groups.
1
@Miralisina I'm not wrong. There are DNA studies on this. Your fake indigenous land back argument will not work.
1
This is excellent proof that Christians are equally violent and radical.
1
@kaliimyst7925 you are in religious psychosis
1
The middle east is not violent because of "islamism." Rather, western imperial pursuits have devastated the region, leading to radicalism
1
@ally4131 historical materialism is a far better explanation than "Islam bad"
1
@ally4131 by that standard, Christianity is also deeply violent and imperial. The Christian crusades were very brutal. Manifest destiny was also a Christian idea. Muslims are not a monolith, and neither are Christians.
1
@ca8944 the crusades were not "defense of conquest." That's very oversimplified, and apologetics for Christian logic supporting violence. How about the residential schools where Christians forced native Americans to convert, abusing them in the process? Do you believe that Christians have always been justified in their violence?
1
@ally4131 uh oh we got a yapper. You're far more sympathetic to Christianity for an obvious reason. We all know it. Muslims come in a variety of sects and beliefs. Trying to argue their religion commands them to be terrorists IS racist. Which is unsurprising because AP is a Tommy Robinson fanboy
1
@ally4131 lack of condemnation from the good Muslims? Yea, Muslims aren't all responsible for each other. Racists tend to think that innocent brown people need to answer for the "bad ones"
1
@Tony-Injection radicalism in response to the devastation of their region by western forces. ISIS literally formed in response to the 20 year war in Iraq. More violent groups like the Taliban start to gain legitimacy because they are the only militarized force and thus the only ones with the ability to police the country.
1
@ca8944 you're just doing apologetics. Claiming that violent Christians aren't "true" Christians.
1
@ca8944 conquistadors were Catholic, so I fail to see your point. The Christian abuses of the native Americans is well documented. I'm confused why you're defending it. To make Muslims look bad or something? Grow up
1
@ca8944 yea, this is a no true Scotsman. If Christians believe that their Bible gives them the right to enact violence, then it is immaterial whether they are following the teachings. Belief is how religion works, and the Bible as well as the Quran have been interpreted differently in history. I also do not see this argument about Judaism, despite the many brutalities in the Torah. Finally, the Bible is full of violence and SA done in the name of God, which would imply that the Christian God is cool with violence to some degree. This is about islamaphobia, and you know it.
1
Playing the part is all Andrew does. HE is the useful idiot for far right ideologues
1
no, that would be fascism. Far right politics are much more of a threat. You come off as racist.
