What about Syngman Rhee, dictator of South Korea during the war? He was just as belligerent and unstable as Kim.

@UnicornsPoopRainbows I'm aware that the South used to be a dictatorship, and what I mean is he wanted to attack and conquer North Korea as much as Kim wanted to invade the South, but the US wouldn't give him what he needed in order to pull it off.
