  4.  @konstantinkelekhsaev302  2% seems a bit low. I got the impression that there were plenty of Vlassovites in The Gulag after 1945. But it seems hardly anyone was shot, contrary to some British accounts. The days of The Yezhovshina were past, the Soviet Union needed every one who could work. Oh I see you said civilians. Obviously no civilians were Vlassovites.
