  1. In Russia, the VSS is sold as a civilian version for different cartridges, including 9x39 mm. But special subsonic silent cartridges are not sold. Without them, the rifle makes little sense. There is no suppressor either.

  2. In a normal range and accuracy battle, VSS will lose to any AK. VSS is only for special forces, for secret cases. It is available in various versions, including assault rifles, with picatinny rails, etc.
