  1. The prescription for the medicine is different in Russia. He doesn't just tell you which medicine to buy. But it also gives permission to purchase a medicine if it contains dangerous substances. Sometimes a prescription allows you to get free medicines. But usually all medications are available over the counter (just like coffee), including those that are sometimes prohibited for sale without a prescription 😄
