  2. Sooooo. I’m an Englishman watching this and I damn well nearly choked on my beans on toast just now. Now to improve upon the trope I at least have bacon and poached eggs to go with my beans on egg on bacon on toast. And the beans had a healthy dash of Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of oregano and a small dash of scorpion Tabasco sauce added.  This leaves me wondering dear reader, am I currently eating one of the most stereotypical British dishes going? That is not fish and chips anyway.
