  2.  @jimathybindlenim6359  i’ve homebrewed for years. Turbo yeast is my thing and I think I may have to try this. I normally just buy a bunch of frozen fruits of the forest/summer fruits, mash that up with sugar and heat to 30 degrees C. Throw the turbo yeast in and in 1-2 weeks I’ll transfer into a new barrel to get rid of the fruit mass, add potassium sorbatr to kill any remaining yeast, degas it and leave to gravity clear for a week. Then 2 days for clearing agents to do their thing. I can get it upto 18% but I’ve never invested in a still. So I just say it’s summer fruits wines.

  3. I’ve never really bothered to garden but I do know how to homebrew cider, larger, wine, sugar liquor wash. I should probably get back into that. Keeps for ages and is a highly bartarble commodity that generally goes up in demand during times of stress. There’s been times I needed some serious work done on my mountain bike. So I just give some bottles of hooch to a mate that is good with bikes and has the tools. And he saves money on over priced alcohol bought from the store. Win win.
