  1. I was going to say wtf but as a chef I’ve known college trained chefs come to the workplace and not know how to cook an egg or how to cook a steak. Like, the fuck they teaching them to get them ready for work place. Most of them don’t even know all the allergens to watch out for as required by law. And screwing that up can kill people and or land you jail with a big fine.
