  2. Randy Miller There are fewer people incapable of work than you may think. For example someone had the great idea of hiring non higher functioning autistic people in a car wash. The highly repetitive and structured work suits such conditions very well so the issue becomes one of increasing automation of menial tasks and people being willing to keep a business like that in, well, business. But yes, the conversation is needed but the welfare state is demonstrably not ergo my use of a quote. Also one has to think about how big charity has pushed so many local community charities, which traditionally supported the down and out, into becoming ever smaller and more dependent upon flawed government hand outs which is never good and the case can be made that Big Charity has held Africa back and prioritized Pandas over Bees in the name of revenue so yeah. I'm just not for models of welfare. Look at what it did to Weimar Germany lol.
