Why the absolute fucking Dickens would you, as a leader of a nation facing a bunch of mercs posing as a Rebel army that are backed by international enemies, use internationally banned weapons that risk the associated outrage; to put down the last bastion of an already vanquished foe? You would not or you would be a terrible leader come strategist. If anything you would leave that stronghold to strangle themselves with a lil maybe but one simply would not use weapons that give your enemies an excuse for renewed attempts at a united front when final victory is within your grasp. Fuck this deep state maneuvering and I am disappointed that Trumps seems willing to go along with such nonsense.
