I'm fine with abortion but not before 24 weeks barring exceptional circumstances and also it should not be free on the state after the third abortion. At that point clean up your act or live with the conseqences of your actions. Like, with all the modern contraceptive options readily availible you are doing something wrong if you get an abortion 3 times and are not in a position to pay going past that.
