  2. Now I do not want to start a debate but given the fact we have officially entered a solar minimum we could reallyyy come to regret closing all those coal fired power plants here in the West. Also I find it interesting that the claim of man made warming thanks to the industrial revolution starting a slow increase in C02 could be a blessing in disguise given the world would face plant ecology collapse if PPM of C02 drops below 120, if I recall correctly, and it was 180 at the start of the Industrial Revolution. Mfw the British saved the world by thinking outside of the box thanks to labour shortages and a general desire to live better and easier.

  3. I would much rather have heavy industry at home providing jobs and being better regulated than anything in China,India,Sri Lanka etc etc.
