  1. Manning is confused about their gender and as such suffering from a neurological condition. Shouldn't that preclude people from running? Then there is the fact that the person who once leaked against the Establishment has shown themselves to be a shill for the Establishment; what with them being a pawn of the Obamas and Clintons of America.
