  1. I work inna kitchen. I have 4 catering size bottles of Heinz tomato ketchup that is varying stages of out of date by a month to half a year. Fuck all wrong with it kept in a pantry for some time to come. I need to stock up on tinned soup though and I could do with restocking my various seeds like chia and linseed stockpile. And I should probably buy half a years supply of homebrewing ingredients for good measure. I'm better covered than most. But one can never be too prepared and I'm far from being secure but getting there.
