Just a point to note. School shootings will never result in millions of dead people and decades of radioactivity to come. Unless school shooters really up their game by bringing nukes to the table but I don;t think even 'clock boy' could pull that one off.

Tell that to all the countries currently suffering under Islamic terrorism that are in no way shape or form relate to Eyes Five Alliance Members or their actions in bringing about regime change. You'd have better luck enforcing borders honestly speaking as America will be a target by virtue of being numero uno. Don't forget high dosage vitamin C to aide in proper Fenton Reaction processes of cellular apoptosis. Cancer cannot become a problem if the body nukes it with elemental iron.
