I wouldn’t wish illness on anyone, but given the plethora of contraceptive choices open to western women I find it staggeringly naive of these women to expect sympathy for the consequences of their own personal sexual choices. The answer is not to allow even readier access to abortion facilities but make those facilities less necessary to begin with. I can’t imagine anyone being comfortable with the large numbers of abortions being carried out in the West each year
