  2. HSCMACE “not perfect” is a rather large understatement. The system is burdened with massive wait times, care rationing and a huge number of mistakes resulting in injury or death of patients. Oh, and like it’s American counterpart Medicare system is a money black hole that governments will eventually no longer be able to fund. Hooray for Medicare for all
