  1. 2020 is a 'Transition Year' (?) Isn't that a logical fallacy (Straw-man) straight up? One can not make this assertion from a contemporary position, as the proof of the statement can not exist until the future point has been reached. This is all just as likely to get worse as it is all symptomatic of decay, be it social, environmental, political, financial, educational, institutional and so on and so forth. Far more realistic and likely anxiety provoking, is the complete understanding that humans don't just get to watch the 6th Great Mass Extinction Event; they get to participate fully, as their own localised extinctions are part of the long cycle events we can discern historically. So given the background, it is totally appropriate to be anxious particularly if you are of sufficient intellect to know the science, and anxiety becomes obligatory. Get with the pattern Joe :)
