  2. Here I am doing the impossible. Lazy and poor but I own my home. The tick is to abandon the market the masses are at, and enter one they are not. Get out, get away and open your horizons - whole towns of houses sub $50k - SA has a collection. Unless your career is more important than your own home, in which case yours is not a problem of real estate, but one of values.
