  4. probably too shocked by Islamic Fundamentalism, Extremism, and terrorism to engage. In western market speak, they trashed their brand. It is like the Taliban in Afghanistan, now calling for foreign assistance to cope with their earthquake. Taliban has wide market recognition as a bad brand. When the Taliban are not given support, will they pause and reflect on this 'Will of Allah", perhaps venturing the question of why they appear to be getting punished. :)
