  3. Australian here; no houses here, expensive to rent BUT if you can do decent Chinese Take-away there is a future for you in Australia, particularly Regional Australia where there is no competition in the take-away food business.

  4. Come to my town in regional western australia and bring enough money to buy the local supermarket. There is a trend of this, but it is Indians that are driving it. Cheap, cash businesses in monopoly situations are what we are talking about. Chinese Take-away and Asian grocery stores are in big demand in the regions.
