  1. it looks like we the West actually own their high command. I bet we own Shoigu and Garasimov. Think about it, because it would answer a lot of questions. Stupid orders from high up the chain that lack all military acumen and result in catastrophic losses in men and machinery. Accidental ineptitude? or bought and paid for corruption. We own their high command, and don't want the war to end while we have this set up? It is more believable than the standard narrative.
