so why are all these poor cunts ( people without the $50/hour income required to live there - cost of rent ), permitted to just camp at the place. Piss them off to 'the regions where they probably could do with the population to keep schools open etc. In Australia our poorest are discouraged from living amongst the richest, so neighbourhood integrity is maintained. What a dump LA is...my understanding is that the authorities are waiting for the killer quake to solve the problem... very weird america.
