Maybe the wife of an officer gets a Lada but for most it is a generous sack of potatoes and tinned meat. There might be a dried fish option. [aside] Russia should have a national land lottery for internationals that can buy a ticket for a couple of dollars and be in the running to win, say a small village. The best ground floor opportunities in the world today are all pending Russian collapse and the emergence of the new 'new world'.

  9. this is a bloke i trust. No one should ever sit with Putin . He has offended civilization. There is no place for Russia in the security council, there possibly should be no place for it in the UN. The Russian agenda is just to wreck every one else's efforts. I agree with other commenters, this bloke should be German Chancellor, or king or something :) He looks like he would be able to contribute 'ingredients' to the thought project of combining the essence of V.Zelensky & J. Adern to 3d print a series of decent world leaders.

  10. wear more wool, and let every German citizen take the moral responsibility for their consumptive practices. Ethical consumption is tricky, when personal responsibility is abandoned for National security,, thermal undies and layers of wool, less desire to heat space and more focus on dressing to insulate. That sort of mass civil action, would make a big difference perhaps?
