  1. The problem with "just be logical" or "being logical is best" is that it completely depends on what you are optimizing for. You can use logic to build a rocket, but logic/reason/science can't tell you whether you should point it at the moon or at a neighboring country. Your Brazilia example was perfect. It was "scientifically designed" but included innumerable presuppositions beneath the "logic" of the design.
