  9.  @earlwarner4404  so instead of doing what i asked, you give me a meme answer... well lets see, first link was garbage, second link was a " science" link with 2 meaningful points. "advantage desert soil has lots of nutrients from lack of rain which makes for good agriculture provided adequate irrigation" immediately followed by " disadvantage lack of rainfall and extreme weather " so seems like a net loss by the fact that you would have to artificially modify the environment to gain benefit from it next was " Less Stress, Healthy Activities, Lower Blood Pressure, Stronger Bones, Improved Mobility and Less Joint Pain, Better Air Quality, Positive Mental Outlook I mean pretty sure you could get most of those with an area that ISNT a desert, but in other rural dry areas that ARENT deserts the rest of the links we sort of opinion tabloid level garbage either saying stuff like " it looks pretty" or " uh there are some health benefits like sunlight and fresh air" or " your in the middle of nowhere so its peaceful" there was one sorta interesting one detailing benefits to archeology, but other than that, and a preservation of plant and animal life in an ecosystem, i dont see much. you could have literally typed a fraction of any of that, and provided more than enough of an answer, but you decided not to for some reason... No one is saying to eradicate all deserts, but if you already have to modify the environment to make it more habitable, how is doing more of the same much different?
