1
Because cnn lies?
1
Even if he died of an od beforethe cops touched him the autopsy would still say homicide
1
@derekwatson449 yeah probably why you do it =)
1
@derekwatson449 that the drugs didnt kill him
1
@derekwatson449 i know the autopsy said there was no damage to the neck and airways. I know he was having a drug induces excited delirium episode. I know that he had heart problems...
1
Doubt it. He was dead the morning he woke up
1
That the guy whos neighbor called the cops and he was shot in his doorway?
1
Maybe stop doing fentynal and resisting arrest? Almost like its a two way street or something

@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 I mean it was right there till they changed it afterwards 5-311 USE OF NECK RESTRAINTS AND CHOKE HOLDS (10/16/02) (08/17/07) (10/01/10) (04/16/12) DEFINITIONS I. Choke Hold: Deadly force option. Defined as applying direct pressure on a person’s trachea or airway (front of the neck), blocking or obstructing the airway (04/16/12) Neck Restraint: Non-deadly force option. Defined as compressing one or both sides of a person’s neck with an arm or leg, without applying direct pressure to the trachea or airway (front of the neck). Only sworn employees who have received training from the MPD Training Unit are authorized to use neck restraints. The MPD authorizes two types of neck restraints: Conscious Neck Restraint and Unconscious Neck Restraint. (04/16/12) Conscious Neck Restraint: The subject is placed in a neck restraint with intent to control, and not to render the subject unconscious, by only applying light to moderate pressure. (04/16/12) Unconscious Neck Restraint: The subject is placed in a neck restraint with the intention of rendering the person unconscious by applying adequate pressure. (04/16/12) PROCEDURES/REGULATIONS II. The Conscious Neck Restraint may be used against a subject who is actively resisting. (04/16/12) The Unconscious Neck Restraint shall only be applied in the following circumstances: (04/16/12) On a subject who is exhibiting active aggression, or; For life saving purposes, or; On a subject who is exhibiting active resistance in order to gain control of the subject; and if lesser attempts at control have been or would likely be ineffective. Neck restraints shall not be used against subjects who are passively resisting as defined by policy. (04/16/12) After Care Guidelines (04/16/12) After a neck restraint or choke hold has been used on a subject, sworn MPD employees shall keep them under close observation until they are released to medical or other law enforcement personnel. An officer who has used a neck restraint or choke hold shall inform individuals accepting custody of the subject, that the technique was used on the subject. the wording has changed a few times but the current version has this section stripped out... odd, almost like it was a legit technique taught to officers

@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 i actually dont care all that much. Everything else is subjective to interpeitation. He was resisting for at least 8 of the 9 minutes
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 " attempted gas lighting" sure bud totally what im doing... " finally subdued" when? before or after fighting to get into the car? before or after he was on the ground? before or after he stop resisting?
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 " At that point he stopped resisting" No, there were several minutes of him on the ground struggling, and screaming... resisting " not for 9 minutes" So only until he stops resisting, but you keep referring to the whole entire time he was on the ground. this is the problem. the parts we are disagreeing are subjective points of the incident. i read the source, i also read an older one where id goes into greater detail, but i cant be arsed to find it because you clearly wouldnt care anyway.
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 My point is that our disagreement isnt about the procedure, as we can both read. "I very clearly emphasized that the improper technique was executed once they had gotten him on the ground and subdued him." This is where we disagree, you say " subdued" but i dont, i see someone struggling and resisting for most of those minutes he was on the ground "once he was successfully subdued," This is the disagreement here, not my lack of reading comprehension "You completely ignored or failed to read everything else I typed out. Good job. You are every bit as capable of ejecting nuance and subtlety as the far left. Well done. You already admitted that you have no expertise in this subject, but feel free to reply, keyboard warrior." Thanks for totally reading what i wrote instead of just grandstanding and insulting me
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 no not playing the victim. Lol. If subdue is to seize control by force, he would be subdued when he stopped thrashing and resisting... Which he didnt do right from the start so the whole muh 9 minutes thing is irrelevant. And we are back arguing about a subjective point.... But okay bud
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 its not subjective? And yet you say this with such certainty... Ok but "cuffed and on the ground" doesnt mean he is no longer resisting. Which was my point here about subjectively subdued. "I've already covered"... Yeah i read. Im still objecting.
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 it wasn't improper tech. We disagree on subdue. Thats literally what im repeatedly saying.... Lmao
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 you keep saying "for 9 minutes" but clearly he was not subdued that same 9 minutes...
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 "you dont know what you are talking about" Lmfso ok bud whatever you say
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 you keep saying 9 minutes like he was pinned not moving for the whole 9 minutes. Which is clearly not the case... But go off
1
@highpriestofgavinalmightyh1304 also zero reason to to laundry lists of hard drugs and resist lawful arrests but apparently only one party is responsible
