because it becomes a talking point and wedge issue for votes... they dont want to talk about the real problem which would be china and india...

@flynncrean8107 "Hey are both problems" right so you agree with me..... buuuuuut "but the us is also" Hardly... "and almost as much as they are " not at all.... not even close... im sorry you are this misinformed

@flynncrean8107 You know what i can argue? that c02 has a negligible warming effect compared to other things in the atmosphere. also, im more concerned about the rampant pollution in terms of industrial waste, plastic refuse, and smog.... problems the US doesnt have in vast severity

@flynncrean8107 said the guy who thinks co2 is changing the climate... Good jokes mate. Co2 has a diminished warming effect after a certian ppm. It is also in the minority when it comes to gases that contribute to warming. Its also an integral part of photosynthesis...

@flynncrean8107 okay? And? Seems pretty empty

@flynncrean8107 so what do plants eat?

@flynncrean8107 carbon only makes up .04% of the atmosphere.... so please, tell me how its drastically altering the course of nature..... you know where those electric cars get there electricity from? well in the US it would only 17% from renewable, otherwise you are using fuel anyway... so not really benefiting there... the point is that the alarmists are bullshitting about this climate change once more... c02 is minuscule compared to the massive pollution of the third world let me ask you this.... I approve of leaving the paris climate agreement. Have you read it?

@flynncrean8107 "the rest of the greenhouse gases are much less abundant" at 99.96% of the atmosphere im not sure what you mean by less abundant so by saying that you are implying that, despite all the research, the amount of greenhouse gases should not be worried about because the actual percentages look small. you just conflated greenhouse gasses with c02 specifically. The point is that despite being only .04% of the atmosphere, AND despite having negligible increases in warming effects passed 100PPM, c02 is the focal point in the discussion? Just look at the research! i do People who research this for a living and are probably much smarter than us disagree with you. then why does the founder of greenpeace disagree with you? watch?v=ZDK1aCqqZkQ Maybe the fact that the climate alarmists have been wrong since the 50s would lend a hint...

@flynncrean8107 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDK1aCqqZkQ maybe this can help articulate my point a little better

@flynncrean8107 so what you are saying is you listened to nothing he said
1
@flynncrean8107 apparently thats the only thing you saw. Considering one of the founders of greenpeace, who is a PhD, explains his position. But you read the title and thats it.

@flynncrean8107 and at what point did science become about consensus?
1
@flynncrean8107 emember when the scientific consensus was that the world was flat or that the earth was at the center of the universe? remember back when they said we were going to have another ice age? did you WATCH the video? what parts did you disagree with and why no one said that the climate isnt changing, what is being said is that humans dont have that large of an impact on that large of a scale, and that other countries polluting are far more of an immediate issue... I mean really, what is your solution? more regulations and restrictions? just so that the things that would be made more expensive or difficult would just be offloaded to places that dont have those regulations.....
