IF someone breaks into your home do you wait 30 years to file a police report? If someone steals your car do you wait 30 years to file a police report? If someone attacks you do you wait 30 years to file a police report? If you want something to change, you have to speak up, evidence degrades overtime, memories fade, people disappear.....
