  17.  Gonzo Kaporal  "This law gives more authority to the Doctors and less to the Government. " Yes the same doctors that have no legal binding to the oath. these same class of people who over prescribe drugs in a giant racket with insurance companies. the same group of people who think mutilation of your genitals is an appropriate treatment for a mental disorder.... "You’re against it, you want the government to apply more regulations. " or, ya know, stop aborting children, and stop using tax dollars to fund abortions "How’s that a straw-man exactly ? The hypocrisy is blatant, haha !!! " You created a caricature of a republican, and then slapped it onto me, and then insulted me for it, if thats not a straw man, im using the wrong word "Am surprised you can use a Dictionary, but you’re right Vague and Broad are indeed 2 different words with different definitions ! " Now you are just being pedantic to avoid pointing out that broadening a law is in fact making it more vague..... "Anyway, AGAIN : a women whose fetus will be born without kidneys or lungs," Again, a very specific and rare example, much like the one asked by Todd gilbert "or suffers from any other malformation or genetic disease that will cause him to not be viable at birth shouldn’t have to carry her pregnancy to term.Do you understand that ? Or should I repeat it AGAIN ? This is not an imminent threat, the pregnancy could be carried, but the baby would inevitably die after birth." Again, what of these cannot be detected before the third trimester? Can you think of any? or is that example to silly for you? "As I already said many disease cannot be diagnosed at early stage of a pregnancy. " such as? "That’s why they change the Law. Do you understand ENGLISH ?!?" Then why not include language such as " allowed if the fetus will be non viable to term" or "if the fetus will be irreparably harmed due to malformation or disease" or "If conditions arise where as the fetus and or the mother will be irreparably harmed by malformation or disease" you know, a very limited carefully worded stipulation that meets your requirements for abortion without being vague and ill defined in a simple way..... Do you understand english? If so, i would expect you to understand the specific importance of wording in law..... maybe if you turned down the smug you could actually understand my point.... but you wont, and you'll probably just insult me....
