  1. I just use google's stuff so I can access it everywhere. As much as excel sucks, I hate their sheets more. But I hate open office's stuff even more. Have they improved things? I tried to use them maybe 10 years ago and then again 5-6 years ago but it always felt awkward to me. Google revolutionized searching, but it feels like word processing and spreadsheet programs still really suck. Still so clunky. Obviously everything is backed up two or three or four times offline and nothing actually personally important is run on sheets. Even if I feel stuck using sheets doesn't mean I actually trust those bastards since they stopped trying to not be evil.
