  1. And... this is why I don't understand why people talk about losing weight on a day to day level. I work outside, so... I'm actually heaviest right after dinner, Sunday night. And lightest, right after work, Friday afternoon. The difference is maybe 4 kilos. I take min, max, and mean over 10 day periods... much more telling on how things are going.
