The only thing I know is politicians and the mob influenced the trial. I don't know if that actually changed the result, but it certainly mucks it up.

Do you like sports? Go watch Jomboy's "MLB gets replay review wrong in Phillies vs Braves game, a breakdown" Basically, the single camera angle lies and you can only tell what actually happened by syncing up all three camera views. That's the trouble with a camera. We basically all saw the original video and were horrified. Some of us eventually saw the full video and heard more evidence and it got a bit more muddied. I don't know what the right answer is- I just know that anyone who only saw the original video... and I suspect that to be the majority... to be extremely disadvantaged in making a judgement. I would normally say that since the jury got to hear all the evidence while we only get parts that they would make the best decision. There has unfortunately been threats of chaos and violence if they gave the "wrong" verdict so it makes it harder to trust the jury 100% since they had to consider other things besides the case when making their decision.
