I don't understand this one. You'd think the one baddie who wants to make puppies into coats would be irrevocably evil to people who literally care more about puppies than people. Like it'd be easier to pass off that Mulan villain as a good guy to them even as he slaughters whole towns and makes sure there is only one person left to send a message.
